Privacy Policy
Brevuno, Inc. operates brevuno.app and the Brevuno lead qualification service. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the website, contact us, or use the service.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Information we collect
The public website does not require an account and does not send the call-request form to a website database. If you choose to send the prepared email, we receive the name, work email, company name, and message you include.
For contracted services, customers may provide business lead records, CRM fields, ideal-customer criteria, and related business information needed to research, score, route, and deliver qualification briefs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and secure the service, configure customer criteria, deliver sourced qualification briefs, maintain integrations requested by customers, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Customer lead data is used only to provide the requested service. We do not sell personal information or use customer lead data to train general-purpose AI models.
Cookies and analytics
The public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect limited technical and performance information needed to understand page availability and usage. We do not use advertising cookies, targeted advertising, or behavioral profiling on the public website. If our analytics practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by law before enabling non-essential tracking.
Service providers and transfers
We may disclose limited information to categories of providers that support cloud infrastructure, security, business communications, AI-assisted research, business-data research, and customer-requested CRM integrations. We disclose only the information needed for those providers to perform their functions and require contractual safeguards.
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where approved providers operate. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
When Brevuno processes customer-supplied lead data on a business customer's instructions, Brevuno generally acts as that customer's processor or service provider. Requests concerning that data may need to be directed to the customer that controls it.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Customer service data is retained according to the applicable service agreement and is deleted or returned when required.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
All United States users, including Delaware residents, may ask us to confirm whether we process their personal data and may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. They may also request a list of the categories of third parties to which personal data has been disclosed.
Delaware residents may opt out of a sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling used for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Brevuno does not currently sell personal data, use the public website for targeted advertising, or use public-site data for such significant automated decisions. We will recognize applicable universal opt-out signals if relevant processing is introduced.
To make a request, email [email protected]. No new account is required. We may verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority before completing a request. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying or emailing the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line; our response will explain the result and any available regulatory complaint channel.
Children and changes
The service is designed for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
